Q1: How do I book a session?
A: Booking is simple! Choose your seasonal session package (Glow, Love, or Bloom), select your preferred date, and submit your deposit. Once received, your session is officially reserved. You’ll receive a prep guide and all the details to make your session seamless and enjoyable.
Q2: What is included in my session?
A: Packages vary. All Standard and Luxe sessions include professional studio access, guided posing, and a curated seasonal experience. Minis include the session time and digital images listed in your package.
Q3: How long will it take to receive my photos?
A: Mini session proofs are delivered within 1 day and after submitting edit choice, the edits will be delivered in 3 days. Standard and Luxe session proofs are delivered within 2 days and after submitting edit choice, the edits will be delivered in 1 week.
Q4: Can I reschedule or cancel?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Q5: Are sessions suitable for kids or newborns?
A: Absolutely! Mommy & Me, maternity, and family sessions are curated for all ages. Guidance for kids and newborns is included for a stress-free experience.
Q6: Do you offer prints or albums?
A: Yes! Prints, wall art, and albums are available as add ons. Details are provided during your gallery delivery.
